Terms of Service

1. Services

Inflo Media ("we," "our," "us") provides website design, development, search engine optimization, and related digital services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the site goes live.
• Monthly maintenance fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified.

3. Project Scope & Revisions

• Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your chosen plan.
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
• Significant scope changes after project kickoff may require a revised quote.
• Content (text, images, branding) must be provided by the client unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website design and code.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Hosting & Maintenance

• All plans include free hosting for the first year. After the first year, hosting is included in the monthly maintenance plan.
• Monthly maintenance covers: security updates, uptime monitoring, minor content changes, and technical support.
• Maintenance plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• Upon cancellation of maintenance, we will provide all necessary files and access credentials for the client to self-host.

6. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver projects within the estimated timeline discussed during onboarding. Timelines may vary based on:

• Timeliness of client-provided content and feedback
• Scope complexity and revision requests
• Third-party dependencies (domain transfers, API integrations, etc.)

We are not liable for delays caused by late content delivery or unresponsive communication from the client.

7. Refund Policy

• The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
• If the project is cancelled before completion, the client is responsible for payment proportional to work completed.
• We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with the final product after all included revisions, we'll work with you until it's right.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inflo Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

9. Free Site Audit

The free website audit is provided as-is for informational purposes. It does not constitute professional consulting advice. Audit results are generated using automated tools and professional review, and may not capture every aspect of your website's performance.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
